bean aka alana: family shoot

Today was gorgeous! Warm, a little cloudy and perfect for some photos of a cute family with an adorable two year old that melts your heart with her cute little laugh and infectious smile.

Alana is SO cute - her parents have known her as "bean" since she was still in mommy's belly...and the name has rung true even two years later! She is quite the "jumping bean" - so active, so fun and always on the move. Here are a few quick pics that I shot today - enjoy this cutie patootie.

These next two pictures are really special...two years ago this month, when Alana was just a few days old, grandma got her mom this plant for her first mother's day. She was so hoping to get a few photos of Alana next to it and I'm thrilled with how they turned out.
